Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, please submit a written request to Cindy Parker, CMP, at cparker@dcuc.org no later than Friday, February 6, 2026. Cancellations received by this deadline will be refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the conference. Please note: Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

After Friday, February 6, 2026, no refunds will be issued, including for no-shows. Additionally, fees cannot be transferred or applied to future DCUC events, meetings, conferences, or webinars.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions for attendees are welcome at any time. To process a substitution, please submit a written request to cparker@dcuc.org.

Hotel and Travel Arrangements

Attendees are responsible for managing and canceling their own hotel reservations, airline tickets, and car rentals. Any fees or penalties associated with cancellations are the responsibility of the attendee.

Conference Dress Code

The recommended dress code for the program is Business/Business Casual.
